We operate a 5.5 tonne excavator suited to residential and tight-access work, a skid steer loader for site preparation and material handling, and a 10 tonne tipper truck for fill delivery and spoil removal. All machinery is owned and operated by Bejay — the same person who quotes your job.
A standard residential pool excavation typically takes one day, depending on the size, depth, access, and ground conditions. Tight-access sites or rock may require additional time. We confirm the timeline during the site assessment so you and your pool builder can plan around it.
Yes. Our 10 tonne tipper truck can deliver gravel, sand, soil, and fill, as well as remove spoil and waste from excavation sites. Delivery can be arranged as part of a broader earthmoving job or as a standalone service across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, and Scenic Rim.

A site cut involves excavating and levelling the ground to create a flat, stable building pad. This includes clearing vegetation, cutting to the engineered level, compacting the base, shaping drainage, and removing spoil. We complete site cuts to engineering specs with proper compaction so the site is ready for footings and slab.
It depends on the scope. Minor works like driveway prep or small retaining walls often don't require approval, but site cuts, large fill placements, and work near boundaries or waterways usually do.
