Bejay Flannery operating Kobelco excavator on site, Gold Coast

About QLD
Earthmoving Services

You've seen how it usually goes. One person quotes, someone else runs the machine, and when something's off — no one owns it. Timelines slip, specs get missed, and you're chasing answers from an office that was never on site.

Bejay quotes the job, runs the machine, and signs off on the result — one operator, start to finish. Site cuts to spec, council compliance first go, and a schedule you can actually build around. See our approach or explore our earthmoving services.

Frequently Asked Questions

We handle site cuts, excavation, pool digs, trenching, retaining wall preparation, driveway prep, dam construction, demolition, site clearing, drainage works, and material delivery. Whether it's a residential house pad, a rural dam, or civil drainage — we'll assess your site and confirm exactly what's needed before quoting.

Yes. We work across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Scenic Rim, and surrounding areas. On the Gold Coast, we regularly service Coomera, Nerang, Mudgeeraba, Burleigh Waters, Robina, Ormeau, Pimpama, Upper Coomera, and Southport. In Brisbane, we cover Logan, Carindale, and the southern corridor. We also service Beaudesert, Tamborine Mountain, Jimboomba, and the wider Scenic Rim.

We operate a 5.5 tonne excavator suited to residential and tight-access work, a skid steer loader for site preparation and material handling, and a 10 tonne tipper truck for fill delivery and spoil removal. All machinery is owned and operated by Bejay — the same person who quotes your job.

A standard residential pool excavation typically takes one day, depending on the size, depth, access, and ground conditions. Tight-access sites or rock may require additional time. We confirm the timeline during the site assessment so you and your pool builder can plan around it.

Yes. Our 10 tonne tipper truck can deliver gravel, sand, soil, and fill, as well as remove spoil and waste from excavation sites. Delivery can be arranged as part of a broader earthmoving job or as a standalone service across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, and Scenic Rim.

Pricing depends on the scope of work, site access, ground conditions, and machinery required. We provide a detailed quote after assessing the site in person. Call us on 0480 126 549 to arrange a free site visit.

A site cut involves excavating and levelling the ground to create a flat, stable building pad. This includes clearing vegetation, cutting to the engineered level, compacting the base, shaping drainage, and removing spoil. We complete site cuts to engineering specs with proper compaction so the site is ready for footings and slab.

It depends on the scope. Minor works like driveway prep or small retaining walls often don't require approval, but site cuts, large fill placements, and work near boundaries or waterways usually do. We work to engineering specs and ensure site cuts are completed to a standard that passes council inspection first time. If you're unsure, we can advise during the site assessment.
